These colorful and artistic  painted cupboards are dramatic in style and effect.  Normally built into the walls of the homes, hence decorated on the front, and seldom on the sides, except in newer pieces.

Traditional religious symbols are incorporated into the unique pattern of these smaller chests , suitable for end tables
